  • 60-Minute Onboarding Session

    We'll meet in-person or virtually to review your goals, current eating habits, and discuss a nutrition game plan to ensure you have the tools in place to reach your wellness goals.

  • Your Wellness Plan

    Following our, you will receive your personalized Wellness Plan, which includes your calorie budget alongside protein and fiber targets, food guides, healthy recipes, as well as a review of what needs to change in your current lifestyle.

  • 30-Minute Weekly Calls

    30 minutes will be allotted weekly for a check-in call to answer any questions, adjust your plan as needed, and provide you with any additional support you may need. 

  • Daily Food Feedback

    We will provide thoughtful daily feedback on the food you are eating to ensure that you feel supported and stay on track for your nutrition & wellness goals.
